# Revenues distribution

On Lend, all investment returns are distributed directly in **USDC**, based on the income generated by the real estate asset linked to each project.

Once you hold an **opLend token**, you’re eligible to receive payouts corresponding to your share of the underlying operation. These rewards can be claimed directly from the Lend app by connecting your wallet.

#### Payout Frequency

Each project specifies its own distribution schedule either **weekly** or **monthly** depending on the nature of the real estate strategy. The chosen frequency is always visible on the project page [before](https://seedphrase.lend.xyz/) you invest.

Even for buy-and-sell (flipping) operations, **monthly payouts** will be issued based on the projected capital gain over time.

#### Eligibility & Claims

Revenue is claimable **only by wallets holding the corresponding opLend tokens**. If the token is transferred (for example via the OTC marketplace), the new holder becomes eligible for future payouts. To claim, the new wallet owner must fill in a short declarative form (name, email, address) directly on Lend (more information on "[Compliance](https://lendxyz.gitbook.io/lend/fundamentals/compliance)")

All distributions are **proportional** to the amount of **opLend** held at the time of each distribution snapshot.

Rewards are not sent automatically. Users must manually claim them in the app, ensuring a secure and non-custodial process. The expiration rules for unclaimed funds are defined in each project’s bond agreement.

#### APR & Fees

The **estimated APR** displayed on each project is calculated **net of all fees**, including property management commissions. What you see is what you earn.\
Lend manages all backend costs without passing additional charges to the investor.

#### Cross-Chain Yield with LayerZero

At the moment of minting your **opLend**, you select the blockchain on which you wish to receive your rewards. Thanks to **LayerZero integration**, USDC payouts are streamed to your selected network without manual bridging.

You can also **change your preferred network** at any time directly from your investor dashboard.
