🧪Testnet tutorial : How to use Lend?

This tutorial is designed to guide you step-by-step through your first investment on the Lend testnet. It also shows you how to mint Sepolia ETH directly from Discord.

Upon landing on https://app.lend.xyz, you’ll arrive directly on Lend’s testnet app. You can browse freely without connecting, but to access full features especially the dashboard, it’s recommended to connect your wallet or log in via email or Google. That way, you’ll get the full experience of how Lend works on-chain.

Click on “Continue with a wallet” and follow the standard wallet connection flow using your Chrome-integrated wallet (e.g. Rabby, MetaMask...).

Click on “Rabby Wallet” or whichever wallet you usually use. If you don’t have one yet, we recommend installing the Rabby Chrome extension to get started.

Click “Connect” in the wallet extension pop-up that appears to proceed with the connection.

Congrats! You're now connected. Next, you'll need some Sepolia testnet ETH to start interacting with the app. To get it, click on “Faucet” at the top of the screen, you’ll be redirected to Discord.

In the “Faucet” channel you land on, type the command /claim space followed by your ETH address, then hit Enter. The bot will automatically send you some Sepolia testnet ETH within a few minutes. You can verify the transaction by pasting your address here: https://sepolia.etherscan.io/

After clicking on “Operations” just below, you’ll see the full list of projects available on the app. Click on the project of your choice to access its details.

Click on the “Invest” button to proceed with the investment flow.

Enter the amount you want to invest, then click “Next” to continue.

Select Ethereum Sepolia to ensure you're using the correct testnet.

Click “Invest” to confirm your transaction and complete the purchase. Then confirm the transaction in your wallet to finalize the investment.

Well done. You’ll now see the amount of opLend you’ve received, along with its equivalent value in USD, directly displayed in your wallet interface.

You can now navigate to your dashboard to view all your investments, estimate your returns, and track your full investment history.
