Lend is a Web3-native investment platform that brings real estate on-chain. It allows crypto users to access high-yield real estate operations, starting from 1 USDC, with fully compliant and non-custodial infrastructure.
Each deal on Lend is a real estate investment opportunity structured through a dedicated SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle). When you invest, you receive an opLend token, representing your legal share of the underlying operation.
Strategies include:
Long-term rental (3β9 year leases)
Short-term rental (Airbnb, Booking etc.)
Property flipping or redevelopment
Holding periods vary between 12 months and 8+ years, depending on the strategy and market conditions.

At the time of investment:
You connect your wallet
Fill in your identity (name, email, address)
Sign a bond agreement onchain
Deposit USDC (or bridge from another chain)
Your investment is instantly confirmed and your opLend token is minted. Each project is declared to the AMF under a DIS (Document dβInformation SynthΓ©tique), in full compliance with EU regulation.
Lend keeps a declarative registry of investors for legal purposes. Full KYC is optional, but enables redemption or document download if required.
π Earnings & Yields
All returns are distributed in USDC, claimable from the Lend dashboard. Payouts occur weekly or monthly, depending on the project. Youβll see the payout frequency on each project page before you invest.
Even in flipping operations, capital gains are distributed progressively after the asset is sold, based on expected returns.
Your opLend token is what unlocks access to these earnings. If you sell the token, the new holder becomes the recipient of future payouts.

Thanks to LayerZero, you can choose the blockchain where you want to receive your returns. This choice is made during the opLend mint and can be changed later.
